WOW - APRIL ALREADY...!!! - 20/4/09
Well doesn't time just fly when you are busy! Glenferrie has had an amazingly busy past few months with up to
40 horses here at one stage. We have all just been so flat out from dawn til dusk that unfortunately the website
has taken a bit of a back seat! Be assured now though -with daylight saving- we have plenty of time to keep you
all updated with all the latest news and photos from the stud!

Apologies must be made from all involved here at Glenferrie Stud for not updating this site for far too long! Over the
silly season we had some major technical difficulties with the computer, and lost the website in the formatting stage!
However all is now rectified so you can look forward to the regular updates and photos we like to provide! We hope
christmas and the new year was enjoyed by all, and anticipate a successful 2009!!
CONGRATULATIONS SCRUFFY!!! - 12/11/08
Congratulations to My Silverado, owners and trainer for his win at Gawler yesterday!! My Silverado aka Scruffy was a
stud favourite while out at Glenferrie last year. He earnt the nickname 'Scruffy' due to the fact he looked like an
honourary Andalusian, rather than a thoroughbred, with his huge mane and tail. We are so pleased to see him doing
so well!
THE BOY RETURNS - 5/11/08
Today saw the return of Pencelaron, from trainer David Balfour. He has had a few spells here in the past.

Today saw the departure of Fager Son, also known as Barney from Glenferrie. Barney arrived earlier in the year with
an orange road cone for his companion. It travelled on a daily basis from his stable to the paddock and back again,
everyday. This spell he seemed to have outgrown his toy. Today also saw the arrival of Lady Branax, who we saw
first hand run second by a whisker, in a photo finish in the Barossa Cup at Gawler yesterday.

APOLOGIES FROM GLENFERRIE STUD- 22/8/08

good photo opportunitys very rare!! And the lack of updates has been due to a little technical difficulties due to
our website provider. All is sorted out now so look forward to the regular updates we like to provide!!
